Judge Moore receives robe from Judge Horsley on temporary loan until hers arrives |
Jan 16 — Friends, family and county officials gathered at the Winston County Courthouse to witness retiring Judge Sandra Horsley swear into office Judge Shelia Moore. After the oath was administered Judge Horsley placed her robe into the temporary care of Judge Moore until hers arrives. Following the ceremony an informal reception was held in Judge Moore's honor.
